지역사회복지론(Community Social Welfare)

지역사회와 지역사회복지의 개념적 문제를 파악하고 지역사회복지의 실천 과정을 이해한다. 그리고 사회개발, 사회계획, 사회행동 등의 지역사회조직의 모형이 실제로 어떻게 적용되는지를 분석하고 지역사회 차원에서 운영되는 각종 지역사회복지기관을 체계적으로 분석한다.

This course starts with defining the concepts of community and community practice. Students will learn how to organize community group and to implement community projects in order to realize social justice. Community organization models including community development, social planning, and social action are compared with respect to different roles, tasks, skills required for social workers.

사회복지법제와 실천(Social Welfare Legal system and Practice)

사회복지제도와 서비스들에 대한 법적인 이념과 구성원리의 이해를 통해 사회복지법의 제반 문제를 검토하고, 발전방향에 대한 안목을 갖게 하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 총론적 차원에서 사회복지법의 체계적 분석방법과 복지권에 대해 파악하며, 이런 바탕위에 주요한 사회복지 개별 법률들에 대한 구체적 분석을 통하여 사회복지에 대한 법적 이해를 높인다.

The purpose of this course is to examine various problems of social welfare law and to gain a professional eye on its development through understanding the ideology and constitution principles of laws on social welfare policies and services. The first section of this course is to explore the systematic analysis method of social welfare law and social welfare justice. The succeeding section provides the prospectives of law on social welfare by specifically analyzing major social welfare laws.

정신건강사회복지론(The social work practice in mental health)

이 과목은 정신건강 분야에서 발생하는 제반의 사회문제를 규명하고 사회복지사로서 정신건강문제에 개입하는 방안을 학습한다. 보다 구체적으로 살펴보면, 한국의 정신건강문제의 현황, 방어기전, 정신건강진단체계, 주요 정신건강문제, 재활과 회복, 사례관리, 지역사회정신건강이다.

This course identifies various social problems that occur in the field of mental health and learns how to intervene in mental health problems as a social worker. More specifically, the current status of mental health problems in Korea, defense mechanisms, mental health diagnosis systems, major mental health problems, rehabilitation and recovery, case management, and community mental health.

프로그램개발과 평가(종합설계)(Program Development and Evaluation)

사회복지사들이 프로그램을 통해 서비스를 효율적이고 효과적으로 전달할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 프로그램의 기획, 운영, 평가 등과 관련된 내용으로 교과목이 구성되어 있다. 특히 사회복지 프로그램을 효과적으로 기획하고 관리하며 평가하는 과정에서 제기되는 제반 문제를 다루어 사회복지사들의 실천적 전문성을 보다 증진시키는 데 교육의 초점이 있다.

The course of Social welfare program development evaluation consists of theories and practice skills relating to planning, implementing, and evaluating social welfare programs. This course will help students and practitioners to develop creation of programs and to evaluate scientifically different types of social services.

사례관리론(Case Management)

이 과목은 사회복지 현장에서 갖추어야 할 사례관리자의 역량과 기술의 적용을 위해 사례관리의 기본이론부터 구성체계, 실천현장과 실천과정 및 기록, 자원개발 관리, 평가에 이르는 전 과정을 학습한다. 이를 통해 사례관리 시작부터 종결까지의 실제 적용을 습득한다.

This course learns the entire process from basic theory of case management to composition system, practice field and practice process and records, resource development management, and evaluation for the application of case manager's competencies and skills in social welfare sites. Through this, the actual application from the beginning to the end of case management is acquired.

3학년 2학기

사회복지행정론(Social Welfare Administration)

사회복지사로서 알아야 할 일반적인 사회복지 행정이론을 학습하고 한국적인 사회복 지 행정이라는 관점에서 공공행정 및 민간부문의 행정을 포괄적으로 다루어서 사회복 지 행정의 전문적 실천능력을 배양하여 일선 사회복지사로서의 자질을 향상한다.

Learn general social welfare administrative theories that social workers need to know and improve their qualifications as front-line social workers by comprehensively dealing with public and private sector administration from the perspective of Korean social welfare administration.

사회복지현장실습(Social Welfare Practicum)

본 교과목은 학생들이 수업 시간에 배운 사회복지관련 지식, 가치 및 윤리와 실습을 통해 습득한 지식과의 통합을 촉진하고 이를 통해 실천 기술 향상과 전문가로서의 역량 증진을 목표로 한다. 학생들은 클라이언트의 요구를 충족하고 문제를 해결하기 위해 사회복지사는 어떤 역할을 해야 하는지를 현장실습을 통해 배우게 된다. 세미나에서 학생들은 현장 실습 경험을 공유하고, 실습담당 교수의 슈퍼비전과 동료 학생들의 피드백을 통해 자신의 실천 기술과 지식을 확인하고 구축하게 된다. 이를 위해 사회복지기관의 슈퍼바이저와 대학의 실습담당 교수가 긴밀히 협력하여 슈퍼비전을 제공한다.

This course aims to foster the integration of classroom knowledge, values, and ethics with practice-based knowledge that seeks to increase practice skills and promote professional competence. Students learn through field practicum what kind of role social workers should play to meet client's needs and address issues. In the seminar, students share their field practice experiences, receive supervision from the field instructor and peer comments, and check and build their own practical skills and knowledge. To this end, a supervisor from a social welfare agency and a field instructor from the university work closely together to provide supervision.

사회보장론(Social Security)

사회보장론은 인간의 삶의 질을 보장하는 것으로 정의한다. 그래서 사회적 위험으로부터 보호와 만족의 상황에 대해서 학습한다. 이 과목의 목표는 사회보장제도의 특성을 배우고 영양, 건강, 주거, 고용 그리고 소득 등에 대한 문제를 다루게 된다.

Social security system may be defined as guarantee of a condition or state of human well-being. This Condition occurs when human beings are secure and contented. They are reasonably protected against major life risks. The goals of this lecture are being accomplished with the character by the social security system. Students would be known in the study that their needs for nutrition, health, housing, employment, and income have been met.

학교사회복지론(School Social Work)

학교생활의 부적응 문제를 안고 있는 아동 및 청소년을 대상으로 개별 및 가족상담을 통해서 문제를 해결하고 성장과 발전을 위한 각종 사회사업의 개입기술과 방법을 학 습한다.

The aim of school social work is to put a school social worker at school and make him/her promote students' welfare by applying program and policies considering individual, home, school and community.

의료사회복지론(Medical Social Work)

의료와 사회복지의 관련성을 이해하고 의료사회사업 실천에 필요한 기본 지식을 습득하고 의료사회사업가의 역할 수행에 필요한 기술을 갖춘다.

The aim of this course is to make students understand the medical field and its relation with the social welfare, acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for the practice of medical social work.

가족복지론(Social Work with Families)

현대사회의 다양한 변화에 따른 가족문제와 그에 대한 개입 방안을 탐색한다. 또한 한국의 가족복지정책과 서비스 전달과정 등에 대한 실제적 이해를 기반으로 가족들의 다양한 문제와 욕구에 대한 사정, 개입과정 및 개입 방안을 학습한다.

Family Welfare examines the history of family welfare, the critical issues facing families in our society, the scope of family welfare services, and the social, political, legal and economic forces that shape family and children programs.
